Alfred has been involved in the sales and implementation of a broad range of data processing systems for medium to large sized corporations in Canada for over 20 years.

In 1994, with a clear picture in mind, Alfred established HRWARE with Tony Couto and Kathy Jeffrey in 1994. Their goal was to offer medium and large sized Canadian corporations "best in class" human resource management applications backed by service that is second to none in the industry. They've been successfully achieving this goal with HRWARE for almost 10 years.

In May 2003, influenced by an article he read in the Globe and Mail and a survey of HRWARE customers, Alfred believed that automation of the Privacy Management process would be of considerable benefit to all organizations. With the goal of minimizing the cost of Privacy Legislation and maximizing the ease in administering the various processes associated with privacy law, eQuest Systems Inc. was born. His vision is to see eQuest Systems Inc. as the world's leading supplier of Privacy Management. services and products.
